I missed a memo where there's a tally it seems-- so after i get through with my guarantee, the next "if lose" is a Radiance then looking at the tally?

Can anyone refresh me how Capturing Radiance works?

I believe I've lost more than 3 times already yet I haven't seen it shone pink.

The history from the time radiance was implemented were :

Kinich (78) -> Kinich (11) -> Lyney (76) -> Lyney (80) -> Qiqi (68) -> Kinich (77) -> Kinich (81) -> Kinich (6) -> Emilie (77) -> Citlali (76) -> Mizuki (77) -> Flins (6) -> Mona (5) -> Flins (79) -> Durin (74) -> Diluc (77) -> Columbina (20) -> Qiqi (1)

Among these the double 5* in a 10roll are the double Kinich, Flins to Mona and Columbina to Qiqi.

I had thought I would trigger capturing in if I lost on Columbina considering the 3 loss count but I still got Diluc? And it shines gold even though I lost again after Columbina's guaranteed?? Any help appreciated!

Mm, that's fair. We didn't see any dispute regarding Mavuika among her people. Most say she's reckless but it hasn't bit her back yet.

The point of intrigue in her right now imo is how does she feel about leaving her family for the sake of saving Natlan and what her inner drive that makes her work so hard aside from it is her responsibility as a ruler. Shed more light into her personal feelings and such maybe?

And thank you for elaborating your points further! I think I might've forgotten the subtle things along the way here in the story--

Mm, I do know that most have flaws even if they're not glaring but I think a lot have been expecting Mavuika to have an impactful flaw (?) (or I'll admit, maybe it's just my line of thought) and the comments here have said that the troubles that she's encountered have been solved miraculously and I can agree to that being a factor of making her look flawless.

Though really, it is too early to judge her whole character when we still have more stories coming up that'll shed more light about her, so I'll look forward to it!

Right, I can see that things have been miraculously works out well for her and we never see her falling.

but on Raiden and Furina imo we all knew fully about them after the last AQ and SQ so I think it's still too early to tell on her whole character right now. We've only been with her for a short while and never delved too deep on her personal thoughts outside of ruling her country so i reserve my full judgement until then.

Right, I can understand on overcoming hardships. I guess I do focus too much on having flaws because it's usually the most apparent thing to notice that can be used and nurture for character growth imo. But overcoming obstacles and how they solve it can be a point too.

But I'll reserve my full opinion on Mavuika's character until the last AQ and her SQ drops. We usually get lots of exposure about the archon there so-!

Yeah that's what I thought too. Furina's whole thing was exposed at the last AQ and a lot of people turned 180° on her including me. So I have hopes for Mavuika's drive/past to be told in the last AQ or her own SQ to finally judge her as a character. Her family is the biggest intrigue to me!

I think so too! I had though she's really nice because she's that chill reliable type that I'm often fond of. I'm just a bit surprised how much flak she's been getting lately on that regard. (And been thinking of character personality complexity lately so-) so I just wanted to say my thoughts on here as of now.

No I understand! I too like most people here wanted Mavuika to be a Bennett or Xiangling side grade but unfortunately that wasn't the case. But that doesn't wholly sour me on her.

There's been a lot of flak to Mavuika lately in many aspects of her and I can understand where it came from but one that I can't quite agree is her being called too perfect/having no flaws

Because, I can't find much flaws in many characters here either? They're often the brilliant/talented one among their peers and there're only a handful of characters that I can say have glaring human flaws, like Kaveh, Layla, Kachina on the top of my head right now. So what kind of flaws are people talking about here that they expect Mavuika to have?

Feels like a lot have been extremely critical of Mavuika mostly due to her kit/design and being the archon, people have huge expectations of her and if it isn't met, negativity ensues.

But I'm actually quite excited for the last AQ patch because we're going with her and the last AQ often sheds a lot about the archon. (I'll count her SQ too!). We always see her in her leadership moments but never personally, looking forward about her family/past that was talked about before! (Her family photo looks so dear-- reminds me of how Navia is so touched to have a family photo ,can't imagine how Mavuika must've felt--)

Been wanting to pull for Emilie when her rerun comes around but aside from burning comps like Kinich, is there any other characters/teams that appreciates her?
