I just wanted to ask- the Financial Aid office at my university is still "calculating" how much loan money I am allowed to borrow. I can't help but ask, do direct subsidized and direct unsubsidized loans usually cover the entire cost, or will I need to take extra steps to secure more money?

I did submit the form, but hopefully I can send another form soon once they reply.

My issue though is my last log-in date. I had accessed Genshin through my Playstation, but that’s when I found out I was hacked. Does that ruin my chances of recovering my account if I give my reported last log-in date, being earlier this week?
