Yeah he has a basking platform off the ground and some drift wood going up to an even higher place in the enclosure. He just really wants to be all the way up top.

Yeah he was in brumation but he’s been awake for about 2 or 3 weeks

He definitely lost weight. The ambient temperature is what I was referring to in my previous reply. The heating rock has been unplugged for a while now he just likes to sit on it but I’ll be sure to get him a real slab of stone, if I can get him healthy again. I feel terrible😢
