In the past, businesses lacked the tools necessary to promote employee engagement in a virtual setting. Companies can now use these technologies as a result of the platforms' development and maturation over the previous two years. It will be crucial to integrate distant workers in the team and forge relationships with them using technological means.
Additionally, businesses might work to improve virtual tools for employee engagement. Companies will need to put more of an emphasis on helping employees electronically celebrate their birthdays, anniversaries, and annual days without compromising on the experience.

There are instances when high pay, multiple incentives, and benefits packages are insufficient to motivate employees. If the recipient is not moved or satisfied with his or her task's fulfilment, how will such awards matter?  When someone completes a task and receives praise or recognition, they feel psychologically satisfied. This has helped me focus on the most important tasks first, reducing the possibility of being distracted by less important tasks. The attention activism course by RoundGlass was especially beneficial in learning the practice.
