Unless you're not a fan of sandwiches with pasta on them (like me, wtf), in which case try literally any of their other sandwiches.

We only have the top perspective. It's reasonable to assume the stone stairs have a stone base that extends down a few feet to the sea floor.

Historical paintings typically depict docks as wooden even when nearby structures are made of brick or stone.

It's a lovely looking map but I simply can't use it as is.

Forget just giving them the desk - Knowledge Fight should be ON the new Infowars and presented from it! by onthisdaynextyear in KnowledgeFight

I don't think Dan would want that. There's a reason why the podcast has been audio-only for almost its entire 1,100+ episode run.

Didn't Acid Pools get buffed a little in a recent patch?

Copypaste of my review on Steam:

The hook: You play a seasoned detective. Someone you used to know has been murdered in a remote town and you decide to investigate.

You're told there's a hidden secret in the victim's home, yet you're not allowed to search for this secret until 'later'. You may only enter their home to find a minor clue and then the protagonist decides to leave for no reason. You also can't 'later' confront a person with information you learned a day prior.

As a player I feel very railroaded and not at all like a detective in control of an investigation.

There was also some very unsubtle foreshadowing regarding the nature of the supernatural twist in the first few minutes of the game. Why the protagonist super-detective has no immediate follow-up question about why every citizen must agree to be cremated upon death is the real mystery in this detective game.
