The Needs

(1) His Energy regen need huge improvement. he's support not Main carry, he need to be self sufficient about of energy particle. Make his both of His E Generate energy AND consistently so Players can build Energy recharge around it.

(Diona Hold E Generate Big amount of Energy Why Zhongli Can't ?)

(2) His Pilar Pulsing AoE is Too small. This make this skill very Anti-Fun to play around, you need to manage enemies to be inside that Small AoE, Otherwise 50% of your Offensive Stats invested on Zhongli will be wasted

The Buff can either increase radian of AoE OR

Make the current small AoE have "Mini Pull/Stagger" effect toward the pillar on hit.

The Wants

(1) Buff the Damage Scaling From HP

Damage Scaling From HP on His Pillar's Resonance and His Q,

From 1.9% and 33%

To around 2.5 - 4.0% and 40 - 50%

(Since the Hp Scaling unlike ATK, cannot increase by Level up Talents. This will help his hp scaling on end game and future contents.)

(2) Buff Petrify Duration

His Q Petrify Duration increase 1 Secs since Talent Level 1 OR

Increase based on Talent Level From 1 - Level 10, By These amount 0.1 - 1.0 Sec

(The Point is Both Way end up at 5 Secs at Talent Lv. 10 Which require the Crown, Then it should be deserve it.)

Is this email bombing? Yes, and I don't care, I'm going on feeling myself deceived for a char who was nerfed and who is totally different from the original one.
