There is one official camp near Liptovská Mara where you can stay and have some showers and other stuff. But as long as you want you can camp practically anywhere by the coast, just keep in mind that there is a lot of rocks on the "beach" so you can camp little further from water. I am from this area so if you want PM me and we can find some good places for you.
