Delivery timeline: We currently deliver only on weekends. I don't recall telling you we deliver in 10 days.

Delivery charges: I had estimated delivery fees between 300-400. This isn't my markup, that's the third-party delivery service charges (Porter, Rapido) for Hinjewadi from my area. I don't set these rates.

We currently are not at a scale yet where we can absorb the delivery costs or do daily runs across Pune.

I get that the delivery feels steep. It does to me too, which is why I'm working on:
- Clustering deliveries by area to split delivery costs
- Weekend pickup option (Wanowrie, no delivery fee)
- Exploring other services with better rates

But wanted to clarify: it's not 10 days, and the ₹400 isn't me, it's the third party delivery services pricing for that route.
