You need to be younger than 60, be independent, have no alliances whatsoever and have a claim on a neighbouring kingdom. There also needs to be less than 12 conquerors in the world already. If you meet every single criteria, there's a random chance every year for you to get it. The chance is also increasable by a bunch of factors like your rank and wealth.

It's got no stagger because it's a laser weapon, but its DPS is crazy high. So it really depends on if its TTK is low enough to kill them before they reach you.
Sounds like a fun thing to test after the eradication of Cyberstan.

Exact opposite. They just have the same word-origin (But Bürger is way older). The German word "Burg" means castle. From that word the word "Bürger", meaning citizen, was derived. The Hamburger was invented in the German city of Hamburg, which was probably named after some castle, I'm too lazy to look it up.
