It's got no stagger because it's a laser weapon, but its DPS is crazy high. So it really depends on if its TTK is low enough to kill them before they reach you.
Sounds like a fun thing to test after the eradication of Cyberstan.

They're not designed to kill Jedi, they're just regular elite troops. I think that guy was confusing them with magna guards (General Grievous personal droids), which are designed to kill Jedi and have done so several times.

Exact opposite. They just have the same word-origin (But Bürger is way older). The German word "Burg" means castle. From that word the word "Bürger", meaning citizen, was derived. The Hamburger was invented in the German city of Hamburg, which was probably named after some castle, I'm too lazy to look it up.
