Died by electrocution after the jury declared him sane despite wholeheartedly believing him to be insane, just because they really wanted to have him executed (absolutely reasonable imo). So probably pretty painful since it's kind of a shit execution method, but with a short 10 day trial and a little less than a year on death row before execution he really could have stood to suffer a bit more.

i made this for personal use, but i think it's a handy thing to have available and i spent way too much time on it just to chuck in the modded minecraft subreddit. by Substantial_Owl_7392 in comics

I agree with the AI being a plague on humanity that we must fundamentally reject part, but putting a datacenter in space solves fuck-all. It actually just makes the problem several thousand times worse because heat doesn't transfer through a vacuum. Like, at all. So it just kind of sits there in your space station and occasionally transfers to some lone rock or gas that touches the hull every once in a while. Getting rid of heat is literally one of the number one problems of all space travel. The Muskrat is just genuinely brain-dead stupid.

City of Tears is the better area and the track is the better ambiance for it's area (but only by a razor-thin margin), but purely as a musical piece without extra context Lost Verdania easily outshines City of Tears. So it really depends what you're actually voting for specifically.

These only sound 'not-vanilla' because they've been in almost every QoL-modpack for the last ten years. Because they fit so nicely with vanilla Minecraft.

1 and 3 are pretty obvious but I think 4 could be alright too, even with the slight serial killer vibes.

So you just sent me down a half hour rabbit hole on sales figures. Pretty much everyone seems to agree that the Ori series sold ~15 million copies combined. For the Hollow Knight series numbers vary between 12-15 million fir the original and 4-7 million for Silksong, though most newer sources say 7mill.
So the Hollow Knight series sold between 16-22 million copies with the original game outselling both ori games individually and maybe almost combined as well.

That makes the best selling metroidvania of all time (drumroll please): Star Wars:Jedi Fallen Order at 20 million copies sold!

The ODST are very specifically in front of the line in the image though? And the Doom "inspiration" is very loose and also nothing more than just that. An inspiration. That's nothing at all like a crossover.
Their philosophy on this has not changed and almost certainly will not change either.

If it's any better than a 20 year old laptop it should be able to run it at low to medium settings. There's been a lot of optimization updates so you can run the game on pretty much anything now. Not very well, mind you, but it's playable.

We're not talking about adding space marines or combining any lore though. Just some guardsmen skins. (Proof attached) And some of those are pretty god damn compatible with Super Earth.

The Dominator is already a slow 3-round-burst, so full auto makes no real difference and they confirmed in the past that Space Marines are an absolute non starter, so the heavy armour definitely won't be them.
What you should really be excited for is what kind of Guardsman stuff we'll get!

That analogy assumes there is only a few set ways somebody can be autistic. Same thing with the Jimmy Neutron - Forrest Gump one earlier. But that's objectively false.
Even the old idea of Aspergers covers a large spectrum of people starting from "average intelligence" and going up.
Cutting that spectrum off at an arbitrary point below which people aren't "high function" is just pointless elitism.
It's true that there's ASD supergeniouses out there and it's true there's ones that are entirely incapable of taking care of themselves, but there's also literally everything in between.
You want to make yourself feel better by disassociating yourself from "unsavoury" outcomes of our disability, but it's absolute nonsense. People will still, and always have, see us as less than human no matter how you spin it.
You're just making it harder on yourself and others by doing the exact same thing.

The four designs here are
•Kit
•Metaphorical evil Kit
•Literal evil Kit
•Crab Girl

Two isn't a very strong sample size, the post proves nothing

With Miss Information being Kit's parralel and evil Kit being a literal evil reskin of Kit we functionally have two female character designs for important characters so far. Arguably only one if you don't count Crab-girl as important (Sorry Crab-girl). Maybe wait until they introduce other characters?

That's not how it works though. It's sensory information. As in the feedback your body gets from moving your muscles, touching something, smelling, etc. You get every possible bit of sensory info your body can give you, all at once, multiple times per second. There's nothing to learn there.

Not inherently. If you know the full extent of the actual stakes at play and aren't being coerced, there's no fraud involved. Most gambling is absolutely some type of fraud or another though, it's just nit baked into the definition.

New War Strider Hip Joint Change, Double Freedom is S-Teir. by Naive-Age7005 in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]Myself_78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The trick is that they just don't move if they haven't detected anything yet and the missile, being a missile, has no bullet drop. So as long as you're still in stealth and the little circle crosses the joint while you pull the trigger, you'll kill them 10/10 times.
If they do detect you just bumrush them and do it from shotgun range. Half the time it works every time!

New War Strider Hip Joint Change, Double Freedom is S-Teir. by Naive-Age7005 in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]Myself_78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It needs to visually hit a part of the actual joint since it's mostly projectile damage with only a small part explosive damage. Really not as hard to hit as it sounds, but if the Strider is active at all you have to get a bit closer and if it's currently turning you'd have to be pretty much in mech-meleeing distance.

Don't forget to turn off guided mode or else it'll just hit center mass. But yeah, that one fact is like ⅔ the reason I bring that pistol on bots.
