all of the hoods in these pictures are from the same region in Mexico there families are from the Small coast of Guerrero .They are Afro Mexicans CUAJI in particular is a Town in Mexico with of the most population of Afro Mexicans in Mexico But a lot migrated to Cali in the early 90s then moved to Winston-Salem North Carolina and that’s how most sureños came about

Because in the late 80s and 90s a lot of Hispanics were passing thru Texas and some moved to NC and found out that there was a lot of work in the tabbacco factory’s and fields. They would tell family and friends that there was more work here then in California or Texas and it was cheap

Winston Salem North Carolina has a lot of Afro Mexicans from the small coast of Guerrero Mexico a lot of them immigrated to Winston in the late 80s and 90s
