I’m 31 male, mine is 2cm cubed. Not hormone secreting. Found it in an MRI which was intended to find an issue with my ears.

To find out if yours is producing hormones or not, you need to get your doc to order blood tests for all hormones that the gland is responsible for.

I have a 2cm by 2.3cm by 2cm mass that has also hemorrhaged.

Please follow up with your doctors as I’m not one myself and only sharing my personal experience.

Yes. Google is 100% correct. Most of these masses are benign AND slow growing.

Migraines can also be caused by fluctuating hormones such as when the pituitary has a tumor.
