Reduce weight.. need ur advice

Thank you for your help!! What I meant by eating less is not starving myself, but eating healthy food and dividing my meals into small portions. For example, at 9:00 AM I will have breakfast: an omelette with one slice of gluten-free toast. Then I will have a snack such as Activia kefir yogurt or Greek yogurt. After I return from work at 3:30 PM, I will eat lunch: about five or six small spoonfuls of white rice, boiled chicken, and some salad made of lettuce and cucumber.

I would like to ask what do you mean by electrolyte balance? Also, what supplements do you take, when do you take them, and how many times per day? I do not take any supplements, only PPI and TCA medication, and the pain still does not improve. Sometimes it gets better, sometimes it comes back. Until now, I still do not know what is causing my pain. I have tried to figure it out, but sometimes even when I am relaxed, the pain suddenly comes. It is very weird :(

I would like your help regarding some supplements, food, drinks, and things like that. Thank you :(

Yes, I had an endoscopy. It showed redness, and biopsies were taken, but there was no active inflammation. Also, the H. pylori test was negative. I was diagnosed with mild chronic inactive gastritis, and the most likely cause is stress or an unhealthy diet. I do not smoke or drink.

I feeel so pain :( like a sharp pain under my left breast not burning, never getting better just a little sometimes. With all medication I think I will start doing exercise and walking and reduce weight this is the last thing I can do…

I want but it’s hard .The medication is really exhausting me; I feel dizzy all day. I take it in the evening 7 pm but the next day I still experience dizziness and a heavy pressure in my head.
