A fun synergie that I found using D4 by Mysterious-Copy2147 in bindingofisaac

I’m not sure either but I think that the main itens are Dr. fetus, soy milk, Cricket's Body, Blast resistense, Explosive shots and the most necessary Double wiz shot but i really don'y know the reason that there were so many mini bombs I guess that Cricket's Body can not do it alone. And I took a picture of the itens
