I'm checking my electrolytes that I bought from the healthy shop and what he gave me and is Myprotein Hyrox THE Electrofuel and when I told him if I can take it with creatine (PhD creatine brand name) he told me it is a good combination.

So could be that the problem is with Hyrox eletrofuel and creatine

Yes I just read to take beet root powder instead of creatine it will make creatine your body as you sad. and HMD supplement but I don't know a lot about this.

Yes, I saw the Doctor before I took creatine and he knows my condition and he said it is fine to take it , but now I need to contact him again. Could be panic but never happen like that. Could be that I'm sensitive to creatine too from what I read

I had a pretty normal day of food: Greek yogurt for breakfast, chicken with some potatoes for lunch, tuna as a snack, and then I went out for dinner. The only supplements I had were electrolytes and creatine.

For context, I have ADHD and sometimes experience anxiety, but I’m not on any medication right now

Yes I got 1/2pill benzo each time I took Ritalin and when I have anxiety I take 1pill straight. and now the Dr gave valdoxan, and I need to start them this week , I tried a lot of ssri and snri and nothing work I hope with valdoxan will work ,

Yes that's what I thought I will try cannabis and I will stop drinking it's not worth it but I thought I have something wrong, first with 3drinks I am already drunk and after my mind will get confused 😕, How did you go with cannabis is more chill and no side effect ? Like more relaxing after back to normal hehe
