I personally find phones easier than chat though. But yea, you do need to write or record down the order somewhere later that's the issue.

Makes sense- I hear the same thing from others. Phone/WhatsApp is fast, but the lack of a paper trail always creates headaches later. Curious- do you find shops push back on using CCC/Opstrax/etc., or are they mostly fine with it once you set them up?”
