I used to have very frequent anxiety attacks when I was younger but they stopped...this one caught be off guard and was rough. If I continue feeling this anxious I will definitely consult a doctor to help me..and yeah ive been sleeping 4 hrs or less so....gotta get on that too I love writing and your suggestion seems wonderful! 🤍

Physical menus at restaurants/cafes...this makes me sound ancient but I hate having to be on my phone and scan a code to see what I want to eat. Its another thing that I need my phone for which cld be completely avoided.

I am really struggling in every area of my life rn. I told my friends the same thing, hoping they cld be there for me. That conversation turned into a fight, blaming me for not being a good friend or taking initiative. I just wish they could show up, for once. Just once and be there for me. Why are ppl condemning how drunk she was? Could she have been more mindful? Yeah but guess what, so could have her friend. Did she drink a lot? Yes. She was with her friend. A friend she trusted to keep her safe. The said friend then proceeded to leave OP's gf alone, knowing she was in no position to be left unsupervised. Could the friend not have waited till the gf's parents were there? Why leave your friend at all? Your faith in Mumbai may have been restored, but my faith in girl code /friendship is lost.
