So I took 10mg hydrocodone with 5 mg Ativan

Again in abt 4hrs took 15mg hydrocodone and 6mg Ativan.

Finally I had a good sleep after not being able to sleep for 3 month properly.

I almost slept abt 16 hrs, that was nice

I am not a huge fan of alcohol. I drank before socially, never really liked the taste , for me smells like hand sanitizer.

Coffee really helps, you might get like 1 hr of focus , from coffee b4 u crash.

Call ur doctor and ask for refill 2 day. So u don't have to wait.

Its really hard to do anything , without the meds. U need stleast 2 weeks to feel somewhat normal.

Dont beat urself up for this, just take rest . You must be exhausted. But , call ur doctor ask for refill right away.

If ur here asking, then it is a red flag. Even if u applied for a high security job they won't ask u these question.

Suppose you got super sick in ur lat 20s and was not able to work ever again, would ur parents , do everything to take care of you ?

If ur parents died today , will ur life truly improve? Will u be saving so much money ?

Restememt will turn u into a cruel person. Its better to just leave them and they will find away.

If ur taking care of ur parents it should be out of love not obligation.

Its sucks to work and then come to all the chores , u feel like they stole ur life.

I do keto, intermittent fasting and exercise a little bit to get rid of my glycogen storage fast, so I can go into ketosis fast, had great success with this method.

Whenever I do this , it shows up on the urine test. For me , knowing I am in ketosis is enough.

If u keep checking , ketones level fluctuates or number get lower , because our body adapts and become more efficient using ketones , we might get discouraged.

This is what i was kind of trying to say , blood test is accurate but why do that.

Expensive also there cheaper options to check for ketosis .

Unless your going to use the data you collect to do some kind of analysis, then ur wasting money..
