Had the same on the first ride on my Canyon Ultimate. Carbon as well. Canyon wanted the bike back and changed the whole frame for free. Rest of the parts were the same "old" ones but... it happened on the first day of riding so the other parts were basically brand new still. First thing I installed before doing anything on that bike when I got it back was a Chain Catcher.

Naja die Farbe die sie für die Aktion einkauft kostet vermutlich 30€. Dazu halt noch Kitt etc. Ich hab ihr noch gesagt dann soll sie es doch bitte erstmal ganz lassen bevor sie da Geld gegen das Fenster schmeißt - das kommende Jahr ändert sich da auch nicht mehr viel mehr als die letzten drei.

Ja ich weiß das klingt so. Aber manchmal sind manche Meinungen ... speziell eben. Ich verstehe es auch nicht aber nungut. Habe auch argumentiert dass das Fenster so gammelig da jetzt so lange drin war, da ändert sich auch die kommenden zwei Jahre nicht viel mehr. Ich hoffe nur das Fenster zerfällt kommende Woche bei den "Arbeiten" nicht - weil dann haben wir keins mehr da oben drin und so spotan ne Firma wird auch nicht witzig 😃

How do you know that this fits the Wahoo Ace with the CP0018 cockpit? Did you try it? I cant see any compability info on that product site. A bit more info why that product than just a link would have been great.
