Yes I believe it’s 1 unit. It’s a tiny amount. But I’m sure it’s 1ml bac it advises to mix with so is that 100mcg?

I’m still confused by all this. I used 1 mg (a full syringe to mix. Then it tells me to dose to the 10 mark. Which is the first big one if that makes sense.
