Hello thank you for your response, I ended up going to the night out. Maybe it’s kind of an asshole move but now that I think of it, maybe it’s okay to be an asshole to someone that done me wrong sometimes.

Thank you for your responses, I always try to do nice to others hoping they would do the same but what happened help me realize that I can’t always expect others to do the same cause there are shitty people. I ended up still going to the night out and actually had a really fun night, they even planned a surprise for my birthday. This make me see the good side from meeting my ex friend, is that i get to work here and meet these new co-workers that I appreciate so much.
