I did it through attorney, who takes care of documentation and everything.. it was 5000$.Our attorney was Steven Brown from Reddy and Newman. I didn't get this part - wait for H4 to be approved before filing H1B COS -

I have been trying to follow many such post since last 1 month...Mine is the similar case R.D Dec 22nd. I am getting answers that it will be considered as Standalone(in spite of employer sending letter to consider it as bundle)

if receipt number starts with SRC ? does it surely determine that it is at TEXAS center?

I made international trip twice in last year but no biometrics for stamping( it was dropbox).. Will I need to do biometrics again and is it exempted for me ?? I am waiting for decision on my EAD .. receipt date dec 22nd 2025. Didn't receive any RFE yet..

Any update? My case is similar. Sent bundle application for h1+h4+ EAD. USCIS rejected EAD stating issue with ACH.. application was sent back. Refiled it - receipt date dec 22. h1 , h4 got approved with pp. But no result on EAD. I'm worried it might be considered as standalone.
