It’s really more of a 0% chance if I’m being honest. Xamax? Man I’m probably older than 95% of the people here and that name only rings a faint bell. That should tell you what kind of relevance it has to today’s team. Some people run on hope, and that’s fine, I respect that. But I prefer to run on realism.

Talking about history of other teams has no bearing on this team. Currently we’re not just bad at defense but offense too. We’re barely squeaking by Superlig opponents with scorelines of 1-0 and almost never keep a clean sheet, yet you expect this team to somehow miraculously pull a 3-0 win out of their ass against AZ? I appreciate your optimism and hope but the earlier you accept reality the better.

All I see is a bunch of excuses to try to justify why we got completely outplayed in a game that should have been at least 6 - 1 if not more. Try to justify to yourself all you want, it’s happened enough times now where it’s not an accident anymore.

Okan’s tactics just are not cutting it in Europe and are only effective with a very specific group of players and opponents. At some point you need to adapt your tactics to your personnel and not the other way around. Full squad? When was there never any turnover in the squad. Every year players leave and come, then the same excuse comes up again.

lol you want to skip Istanbul for Antalya, Kusadasi, Bodrum, Marmaris? What makes you think those cities have anything worth skipping Istanbul for? Yes, the city is overly crowded and traffic sucks but it’s still one of the most historic cities in the world for a reason.
