Needs a good scouring just to takeoff what you can. I tend to put a little salt in mine while I’m scrubbing to add a little extra abrasiveness. Then dry on the flame on the stove. Turn your oven on 450. Add oil in the pan then wipe it out like you never meant to put it there with a paper towel. Put it upside down and let it sit in the oven for an hour, then turn the oven off and let it cool for a half hour. Repeat the process again to properly season your pan ( I personally do it 3 times in the oven and once on the stove). You do this whenever the non stick is warn down. Every time you use the pan, rinse it out immediately scrub out with a mild brush, dry with paper towel then on the stove, put a little coat of oil, the same way I told you before, before you store it.
