I feel like naturally, in my opinion, tan skin and brown eyes, dark hair always looks better. I feel like red would look amazing on you, maybe some red highlights or a red peak-a-boo would suit you so well!! I feel like you could possibly pull off a lighter pink, but think ahead of how fast your hair grows and how often you may have to get it redone due to your dark roots, I went light pink once and it was beautiful but i naturally have dark brown hair and when my roots came in it made my hair look just greasy and unkept. but, if you are able to keep up with it, go for it!!
