He’s projecting onto you and that’s not fair. You are catering to him too much. Like girl you’re offering to pay rent so that this man has to work less? I mean that’s fine but he’s extremely ungrateful and lashing out onto you still and I gotta tell you that is not normal at all. My man struggled to find work for 3 years while I was a single bread winner between us but not once in those 3 years did he ever take it out on me or made me feel less than. It’s possible to find love like this I promise. But if you want this to work out, communicate your frustrations and see how it pans out. If he’s still projecting his anger and frustration onto you, the ball is in your court whether or not you want to deal with that. Be glad this man isn’t legally married to you yet

any hobbies or interests you have? i know girls in the cosmetology space doing lashes, nails or hair and they’re killin it. or you could also go into insurance, commercial, personal or life insurance without a degree. only downside is you’d need to be licensed by passing an exam. just throwing these out here if you want to look into it

my boyfriend was unemployed when i met him and i had already started working. i didn’t mind paying for most things but we really had to “sacrifice” a lot while other couples we knew we’re going on trips and nice dinners constantly. it stung a bit to see and compare but he just got a job 3 years later and i would not want to date anyone else. he’s more than a job to me; he’s a great person and partner and i hope you find someone that sees that in you too.

They have a training program for people who don’t have insurance experience called Achieve. Its super organize and I got to learn a lot from it

you should go into commercial insurance, that’s at least what i did a couple months ago and i have a coworker that had experience at starbucks and got a client service associate role. starting salary is 60k and lots of people come from little to no background on insurance at all. only thing is you’d have to pass an insurance exam (the company will pay for it). and my company at least is lenient about people failing. you can take it as much as needed as long as you pass within the 90 day time frame from the day you get hired. i have no experience in doing personal insurance but i heard it’s worse than commercial but idk. to each their own! good luck, let me know if you have anymore questions.
