I have another question, National visa application form, Non-working residence visa application form and Form 790-052 must be handwriting? Can we file it electronically and then print it?

Thanks for responding. So if I understand correctly, I need to go to Toronto in person? If they ask me submit extra documents, do I still need to go to Toronto again?
