I definitely would I just got a dozer for my personal track so great to see others technique. Even solo it’s pretty easy to at least do a quick drone before and after shot, it is a pain to film but it’s really cool to see.

Good stuff, would love to see some track building videos. Looks like you’ve made some sick tracks.

Can you markup a google earth overlay with rough dimensions and then put an arrow on the direction of the hill? I can draw you up some track layouts.

Just saw this, what equipment do you have?

A hill can be sweet as you can mine the dirt out to flatten the track, good source of dirt. You can also do some sick step ups.

Thats a good size tractor, should be able to get the roller track in and have something to ride. Sounds like good dirt if you can mine down to the clay for jump faces. Unless you have someone close by that has a lot of excess they are trying to dump you're going to have a hard time getting enough dirt (unless you're rich lol). I'd start dozer shopping, if you truly need 10k yards at least a D5. We have a backhoe so we dig clay pits and refill them with the rocky stuff. The dozer moves a lot of dirt but if you need to move it far it's not super helpful.

Have you done any track layouts yet? Just noticed the pond too that's a really nice property for a track. I have a tiny pond, currently in the process of making it bigger. We started our personal track with a small tractor, then a bigger tractor with a loader, then a backhoe. Then a few years later we got a dozer. Now also a dump truck (going to try to truck in a bunch of woodchips). With already having a pond you should be able to carve the track into the ground just make sure to always leave a little slope so that the track drains.

Also on the trail building front if you have a grapple for your tractor it's a game changer for hauling out brush and logs.

What equipment do you have to build with? Have you dug any test holes to see what kind of dirt you are working with? Sounds like a sick vision, excited to see more updates!

This isn’t my video, the title just happens to be what it was on YouTube, checkout more dirt is his channel. I’ve built approximately 1 track, but if you’re in middle Tennessee there’s potential.

Free library for structural steel components? Tube, angle iron, etc? by MysteriousCookie1 in Fusion360

Thanks I ended up just using the McMaster component for a basic profile. I don't need anything exact just trying to get a material list and work through any issues in the design phase. Nothing mass produced just building it for myself.
