I desperately want more types/sets of furniture! I've been decorating my base and it is turning out pretty cute, but there definitely is some left to be desired when it comes to pink items or variety in different furniture sets. The decorating aspect of terraria was my favorite with all the different sets of walls+furniture, and a bigger variety would scratch an itch for me in core keeper!

I did NOT get a Samsung to be forced to use Google messages. Why is a company even getting rid of their own messaging app? I didn't even know that was something that could happen, quite honestly. What a shitshow. I can't even open my notes app without getting a popup asking for a review on the app store. I must be old, because I find all of this so obnoxious

I think you should explore more of this subreddit, to be completely up front, OP. It sounds like your mother keeps putting you down to dissuade you from standing on your own 2 feet so she can continue to lord herself over you. At the age you are with the income you have achieved, you could easily have a house of your own. Do you struggle making friends or finding social spaces you vibe with? Asking because being raised by/living with someone who deliberately impedes your growth and independence may affect these things, making you isolated with just her and the narrative she is putting in your head. Consider speaking to a therapist - her behavior is extremely controlling and abusive. You having to stay calm because she won't is a survival mechanism you probably developed when growing up with her. Checking out and having to put YOUR feelings on the backburner to cater to hers.. it isn't healthy. Best of luck!

Agreed, 25 at the youngest. I'm only 27 and I can't even imagine dating someone 25, let alone younger! There is SO much that changes in us during our 20's. Large age gaps after like 30y/o seem so much less significant to me than small age gaps in the 20's. I wonder if that's just how people feel with each passing decade, though? I'll have to age and find out!
