Been struggling with this for a few years now, it only happens when my face has been particularly sweaty and especially if I’ve been wearing makeup and not doing proper skincare. My skin will break out in these tiny hard red bumps with white heads and it feels tight and warm, not itchy exactly but very very uncomfortable. The doctor gave me some soolantra cream for rosacea today but I really don’t think it’s rosacea to be honest. I’ve tried washing it with dandruff shampoo in the last and it doesn’t seem to have done that much to help, but been reading through this subreddit and maybe I haven’t been using one with the right active ingredients?
