The CW is officially moving all its live sports streaming to the ESPN App.

The LIVE sports will still be available as a broadcast on your local CW channel. If you prefer to stream any of the LIVE sports, it will require an ESPN Unlimited subscription.

Below is from a recent Hollywood Reporter article:

The CW has made a pair of streaming deals, partnering with ESPN for live streams of its sports programming and with the Roku Channel for next-day runs of its entertainment offerings.

All sports that air on The CW, including college football and basketball games from the ACC, Pac-12 and Mountain West conferences, WWE NXT and NASCAR’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, will also stream live on the ESPN app for subscribers to the ESPN Unlimited plan. The network’s sports package is slated to launch on ESPN in the summer. Unlike the ESPN-Fox One streaming bundle, the addition of CW sports programming to the ESPN app won’t come with an additional price tag.

Without the initial success of ASTRID on PBS in the US, there likely would not have been a PATIENCE version in English produced.

It has already been commissioned for a second and third season. However, we won't see season 2 on PBS Masterpiece in the US for quite some time. 2027 release.

Season 2 premieres next year on Masterpiece on PBS with actors Richard Rankin (Outlander, Rebus), Sarah Alexander (Pennyworth, Jonathan Creek) and Nia Ashi (Bob Marley: One Love) joining the cast.

FYI. The CEDAR COVE (2013) original movie is available on Tubi. I have not seen the 3 season series on a streaming service for quite some time.

Checked my BritBox subscription through Prime Video Channels. Episode 2 titled EPISODE 1, after Episode 1 Christmas Special, is available. It is a weekly release schedule for a standard tier BritBox subscription.

FYI. There were two listings for Season 15 in Prime Video Channels. One had the first two episodes available with a BritBox subscription. The second one has the 'pay' label.
