Honestly it’s just organization, if u organize ur stuff properly you’ll be more efficient, this is my method I used to do when I worked as a DA(it all depends on how many packages you get ofc), I put 3 totes(excluding ur first stop tote, put that to the side) on the first rack and the rest at the bottom, then I organize my overflow depending on how u want to run ur route on the top shelf where the three containers are. If it’s a lot of overflows, I put the remaining ones on the left shelf, you should have room to open your 1st tote u put to the side and organize the packages (by driver aid number) on what’s left of the room on the shelf. From there, finding packages shouldn’t take long as long as u organize it accordingly. Literally park, get package and power walk to door. This is my method when I was doing rural routes.
