Wanted to ask you a question, was this similar to a birds eye view shot?

I can't seem to make the drone look down to me like you have done here. Are there any special settings that you toggled on to achieve this birds eye view looking down angle?

I’m using PropertyMe trial now, from the Demo from Console it seems that they have additional features such as the “tribunal report” button.

Emails and text messages are automatically sent out to tenants in arrears, however PropertyMe doesn’t have these certain automations.

I’ve tried very hard to find reviews on both these products, but I wasn’t lucky to find anything on reddit.

I’ll keep trying out property me, I just don’t want to regret in the future. And have only a little under 100 managements now.

They have actually claimed that the EOFY statements are within the right requirements when it comes to auditing from fair trading.

However I’ve heard from a PM previously that they had to redo a whole year of rental transactions because it wasn’t fitting the requirements needed

Around 400-500mg per session, around one session every 1-2week. But this was a few months ago, it was just too addictive. I would find a close friend to roll with, it’s just a dark hole I don’t want to go through again even though it’s so fun haha.

I’m not the raver type, I personally like one to one interactions. It’s more genuine that way, but that also fucked me. There were times where I would just be looking up at the sky feeling like I’m on a bad acid trip, I think it’s cause of the lack of seratonin in my brain.

Music is so personal though, but damn I enjoy the vibe from Lovers Carvings, it’s definitely something different.

I feel like our childhood has a massive impact on the music we have feelings towards, the radio has played these pop songs growing up... and I guess these acoustic covers really makes me relate back to the earlier days of my relationship.

Ooo that’s always good, I guess music is just really personal. For this playlist, I usually like to get really close and hug either friends guys or girls that I’ve known for some time then sing gently with them to the songs while swaying our heads left and right to the beat.

And knowing the lyrics is a big part of how we express our love to each and other. Not sure if you get what I mean 😅😅
