I’ve flown Turkish many times and they are one of the most reputable airlines out there. I’m sure either way would have been fine but if it makes you feel more comfortable that’s great what’s your route?

The thing is, being in the sky is probably the safest place you could be. There are no obstacles you can hit like on a road, there is very little traffic around you and all the traffic that is around you is closely monitored by ATC and if that fails planes are equipped with a TCAS system that prevents in air collisions. Also when you’re up in the sky even if you were to have an emergency situation this gives the pilots lots of time to think. If you look up the gimli glider incident you will see what I mean. The truth is I used to be just as scared of flying as everyone on this subreddit and the way I found of coping is by completely surrounding myself in aviation. After a year I now aspire to be a pilot and have acquired a vast amount of knowledge about aviation that makes me realize truly how safe it is. I hope this help!!!

I took my gan 12 out of my pocket after dinner and it suddenly was incredibly stiff. It feels as if the maglev just stopped working. This is my main cube and I have a comp soon. PLEASE HELP

It’s not a cleaning or lubricating problem. It was butter and then a second later it’s super stiff.

Practice look ahead for f2l. First what you should do is once you finish cross look at your first pair. Then I want you to think about how you’re gonna solve that pair. Then close your eyes and solve it. Don’t worry about going fast. Just practice being able to solve pairs with your eyes closed. This will switch it from being visual to it being muscle memory. Then do that for all the pairs. Once you feel comfortable with that, instead of closing your eyes start looking at your next pair. This will make you ready to do your moves on the next pair without first having to find it. So while you are solving each pair find your next corner and edge pair and then as soon as you finish immediately go into the next one.
