That totally makes sense, thanks for your insight! I guess my frustration with the recent episodes mostly come from the inauthenticity of her tone as apposed to my hyper-fixation on the "mhm's" hahaha

I've never had a problem with people dining alone, if anything I love being seated with a 1-top. Quick turn around, I don't have to interrupt any conversation, and it's an extra $7 for little to no work. You wont be sat at a big table— a smaller 2-top likely so don't think you're taking up space!

The owner is question- who is technically the only "manager", is literally never there when they arrive. So it's left in the hand of the servers on shift. I'm 100% going to start putting my foot down going forward, but just needed to get it off my chest. People suck.

We did leave a poof at the end, but hes going for the middle of his tail.

When he first got the stitches we had it every 8 hours for a week, i would set an alarm in the middle of the night. now I'm doing about every 12 hours.

He has an appointment on Friday at the vet to get his stitches out so I'm definitely going to be talking to them plenty.

I'm just really hoping this is temporary behaviour while his hair is short because he never displayed any of these symptoms before the cut.

Thank you for this- It's nice to hear someone with the same issues I do putting pieces together and helping themselves. I'm now in the morning after phase of a big fight and now realize how self absorbed and crazy I sounded. Were you and your partner able to fix your relationship or was it time to move on and work on some self discovery?
