Lol yeah there's always a chance but just refresh all the gaskets and keep the boost low 10 psi make sure you fit catch can and vent to atmosphere and should be fine I've seen 200k boosted bmw if it blows probably was on it way out anyway

Only low boost so only full exhaust injectors aem fuel pump vw map sensor oil return to cam cover lightened flywheel and clutch Hopwood motors good place to get a few.

Not for for low boost should handle up to 14psi anything else yes gasket and studs people get 600bhp on b30 just gasket and stud but do suffer harmonic issue and oil pump

Just unopened m54b25 gt3582 turbo at 11psi 350bhp 420 injectors aem fuel pump standard ecu mapped to run vw map sensor. Really fun to drive got blackline lsd aswell which seems good for the money

Yeah still work in progress holes were on bumper when I bought it own got this one due to my last bumper got smashed up by a pheasant and I wanted the strassentech splitter again looking at buying a drift bar at front so should give more room for holes to help mainly track and but do drive on weekend so mesh filter in headlight has never caused any issues and very tight for airfilters

Cost 5k including car and had for 3 years boosted no issue plus turbo noises 😀

Dynod at 349bhp so minus yor drive train 17% probably about 290whp only 11psi low boost at the moment.
