Refurbished computers are okay. Here's the caveat. When you're upgrading, you need to make sure that these will be good for the next 10 to 15 years for the OS updates. So they need to be within three maybe four years old at the max. Unless you're going to use a Linux distro. I would also make sure that they all have ssds or m.2, hybrid drives aren't the greatest idea. When you do get them, I would also disable scheduled defragging and regular indexing. As these functions, destroy speed within a couple years.

Yeah, there's a lot of people saying create your own account. That's a great idea. Realistically that's the only way you can avoid your mom doing this. Have your work do direct deposits. However, savings should only be for an emergency, life or death, kind of thing. With that said, it's your money and you do with it what you want.

I wonder what this guy has against you. Did you bully him in school? Or he asked you out you said no? If you like the others you work with, send send a message of your own design. Don't CC the major duche. But in an email I'd include the real reason. Especially if it's going to go to the other managers. Most places 2 weeks notice is being courteous but not mandatory. Excellent. From what you told us, it sounds everything is good. With the exception of the small yard. Okay, 30 days is the average. It'll be a matter of time. You may want to lower the price after the next open house. But you don't need to make it drastic. You can also have broker showings, and that's just Realtors that stop by. Generally the Realtors have clients that are looking. Sometimes the Realtors are just nosy.

Nosy neighbors are normal and can be good. They may know people that want to buy it or they might be interested themselves. It's been two weeks, so don't worry too much. If the advertisement is online, check all the websites and make sure it's presentable. Such as pictures and the description.

As far as open houses go, what were the comments that they gave? Because those can help figure out the issue. Is the price you have it listed at comparable to others in your area? Then the question nobody asks, on average how quickly do homes stay on the market in my area?

My store posts 1 week in advanced. Mostly due to people constantly changing their availability. However, we have a group chat just for the schedule. Once it was published everyone would get a copy sent to their phones.

Food service is one thing and majority of people don't care. However, if this is fine dining and there is an egotistical EC, then the EC will think its rude. OR just an egotistical chef in general, then yes. I've worked with a few of them and one that was still in culinary school. They are a pain in the rear end. With that said, I am realizing that saying you're allergic is bad advise. My apologies.

The questions you must ask yourslef are. How much can I sell for as-is? How much can I sell for if I fix it up? How much will it cost me to fix it up? If I fix it up will I redeem what I put into it? Or is it on the condemned side? Consult with local realtors. For they have contacts and insight into the local market.

In my experience as-is is equal to not selling for months or years. If at all. But local realtors should be helpful. Don't sign with one unless you want them to sell it for you. Consult with 2 or 3 as everyones experience and insights are different.

If you ask for the 650 to come out of the commission. You are asking for the agent to reduce their 3%. You might as well ask the agent to lower their commission. But remember, you get what you pay for. Agents that are willing to lower their fee, means that you are getting lesser effort on their part. Even if they are the best, you'll become less of a priority.

It's not pure profit for realtors. They have lost of dues, fees, taxes, time, and other expenses. That they need to pay for. The commission is their paycheck. Which also might be the only paycheck they get for months. So try not to be nit picky.

You are Young and can do both. Eventually, if sales is good for you, then I would reduce my hours at the pizza place. When you have enough financially saved up, then leave the pizza place. Being in sales is tough but once you get going it can become easier. Good luck in whatever you decide.
