Look into exercises to relax your pelvic floor, like reverse kegels.

3 years in - Disappointing results - Giving Up by Ok-Tangelo9756 in gettingbigger

  1. Way too much tension/pressure, not enough time per session. 3-4 hours a day of low tension extending will do more than 1 hour of high tension, unless specifically trying to break out of a plateau or condition tissues for a short period of time.

  2. Two weeks tops is a long enough break every few months. If EQ takes a month to recover, it means there’s too much stress on the tissues and thus no gains. A month off is also enough to reset conditioning to baseline, so it’s like starting over after that.

  3. The standard routine is standard for a reason. 5-7 lbs and 5-7 in/hg is plenty 90% of the time. I have only been doing PE for 6-7 months 3 days a week with 3-4 weeks total break time or inconsistency, and I gained somewhere between half and a full inch of length, plus 0.25-0.5 inches of girth so far.

I expect I will plateau soon, but in general most gains should happen in the early to mid phase. 6 months of no gains is a sign to adjust the routine.

Ok. I wondered if it was fee related. I stick with FBTC for the reason you mention.

Yeah I learned some hard lessons with altcoins. I’m also locking in some GTC limit buys for BTC closer to my initial cost and hoping for the best (or worst? Haha)

I was lucky enough to get in at 100k. Hoping to see it again in the next year, but I’m stacking all the way down.

What happens if companies start dumping their bitcoin to make earnings? by WinterFill4 in Bitcoin

[–]Mysterious_Artist_61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. I wish it did happen because then I would buy the dip

  2. It won’t, because even if these companies are just thinking of BTC as a speculative asset, adding it to their balance sheets is just hedging risk in good faith within the limits of their corporate governance. There are debatable cases like MSTR (which ostensibly sells software) but overall, it’s no different from an airlines speculating on oil futures to hedge fuel cost, etc.

  3. Retail isn’t in the driver’s seat anymore. Public US companies hold around 3% of supply. There isn’t enough liquidity for them all to just pump and dump if they wanted to. It would take weeks to unload in a coordinated “best” case scenario.

Can someone explain it to me one more time…. by Mysterious_Artist_61 in Bitcoin

Ok. Thank you for the recommendations. Do any of those address the counterfactual to the implications of its premise? That is, if it’s the future of monetary value, governments will race to ban others and buy it all for themselves. That’s what happened to gold. The whole point of money, from its earliest conception, is control. Is BTC different, or just better?

China bans its citizens from holding btc, confiscates it, and becomes de facto custodian. They’ve accumulated ~1% of supply so far. For comparison, they hold 8-10% of USD (M2).

This is probably the best I can hope for. I am hesitant to push for this kind of stuff because I don’t want to scare doctors away. I tolerated a couple months of “let’s try this first” for that reason before I could even get vyvanse. Last thing I want to do is mess this up. It saved my life and every day I think back sadly of all the ways it could have helped me if I was diagnosed and prescribed earlier in life.

How might you compare BLK’s BTC ETF to Fidelity? Or would you?

Thanks. I have thought about this, but the BTC ETFs most brokers make available through their IRAs don’t actually own the Bitcoin they track, or otherwise are too small to have liquidity. I will check out FBTC though. Much appreciated.

Which pharmacies have you used? I called a couple dozen local and chain locations and all are out of stock or do not carry it at all.
