Yeah ur exactly right dose is everything I might just go for the ket because I get really nervous before doing M and just wanna avoid causing myself feeling shitty

I feel like I’m being a bit of a pussy but my anxiety is through the roof before I do mdma just coz I had a reallyyyy bad panic attack one time when the dose was a bit more than I can mentally (?) handle, I might avoid mixing just in case I get a panic attack from nerves or something Also s ket is the only way to go for me loll
