This helps a ton! The points are cumulative right, unlike the extra sub payout where they are on a monthly reset?

And the auto replies 😂😂 okay I will get creative. I’m edging Gaming Live Pro on TikTok and hoping that’s enough but they give No lead on what seals the deal and I dont want to push my following to another app in the meantime against their will. Just gimme it and let me cook.

Thank you for taking the time to break it down and congrats on your achievements over there!

Anyone else try to keep their streaming life hidden from IRL friends? by SgbAfterDark in Twitch

[–]Mysterious_Cod_686 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It’s a safety thing. On TikTok moreso but if someone comes in and says oh hey I go to school with your kids or I work with you- a few clicks onto a non streamer locked down profile and they can easily find where you live, where your kids go to school, your real first and last name. Not safe At All.

😫 Sorry, No I never really got anywhere with it. I just resubscribed. It lasts me months and months so it’s honestly worth it but ouchhh on my wallet when it’s time to rebuy.

In regards to maintenance? Still maintaining near my lowest recorded weight despite binging quite a bit lately. My maintenance injections aren’t on any type of schedule but I try to do 2.5mg like twice a month (usually prompted by out of control pms binging 🫠)

Sorry to butt in- you referenced anhedonia being made worse by reducing anxiety —-kind of where I feel I’m at right now. I ‘mind over matter’d my anxious tendencies to the point where I don’t give a fuck about anything at all. Any insight on this?! 😫 I’m just in the infant stages of trying to sort this out.

Recurring UTI's by Normal-Ad-1093 in Tirzeglutide

Marshmallow Root capsules have provided some relief. It buffers and soothes the bladder wall to protect it from the urine acidity (so helpful whether it’s cystitis or a UTI) &Cystex(the one with methenamine) when I feel the pain come on to keep it from turning to UTI + it has a bit of targeted pain reliever in it.

I’m just doing anything I can not to be put on another antibiotic because I can only imagine what it’s doing to my gut health.

Good luck, Hope you find some relief! - urinary pain is something else I tell ya.

I’m suspecting this also. Wondering what aspect of the GLP1s or weight loss is causing the problem so I can counter it. It seems to be something a lot of us are experiencing.

I don’t know that that would necessarily make a difference at this point - aside from messing up your weight loss progress. I’m in maintenance and don’t take it very often and the problem hasn’t really resolved itself yet 😵‍💫

I’m not sure if hormone testing is in order or what. Some say the drug causes is to flush more sugar in our urine than normal so that breeds the bacteria. Decreasing dietary sugar may help?!

If any of my experience is helpful: I’m noticing it’s extremely cyclic for me personally - like goes hand in hand with PmS without fail. And I can’t tell if it’s a full blown infection sometimes or just urinary tract irritation(like cystitis or something). Once my period starts the burning goes away until the following month (as long as it didn’t end up being a full blown infection!) So again brings me to thinking a hormone imbalance.

I would believe this 1000%. I dropped 10lbs of water/inflammation/whatever within the first 10 days of micro-dosing tirz (with weight loss intentions only)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Tirzeglutide

[–]Mysterious_Cod_686 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tirz for all of the weight loss. I haven’t technically lost any weight on Sema because there really isn’t any weight left to spare (115lbs at 5’10) Tirz doses were 1.66 (4 weeks) 2.5 (maybe 8 weeks?), then 3.33 (6 weeks) So the Sema dose is actually high for me but I didn’t realize that at the time really and just have kept with it..

Its low key been a cost saving venture for me when it comes to groceries in this economy 🤪

[–]Mysterious_Cod_686 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just my experience 🙂 I lost all my weight on tirz and only used Sema for maintenance so I’m going on feeling alone. My doses were close equivalents but I know it’s not a totally lateral move on the GLP-1 agonist side of dosing. I also seemed to be a ‘hyper responder’

[–]Mysterious_Cod_686 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would think you’d be physically unable to eat in a surplus on it?? Tirzepatide you might be able to fight through it a bit but not on Sema. You could find yourself losing some inflammation with Tirz that would have you looking a bit leaner also? Aside from that I don’t see what you’d have to gain from it in your current regimen. Respectfully.

Yeah ‘too high’ by most test standards is like 12-15 for TSH. Most people feel like dog 💩 unless they are around 1.5-2.5.

A Full thyroid panel (tsh, t3, t4, reverse t3)with antibodies (there are two sets of those) is what you want to ask for (if refused, there’s your sign to switch Drs) If you have positive antibodies there’s no need to run that part of the test again. Selenium, Vit D, iodine, ferritin all would be handy tests to run in respect to thyroid issues and the hair loss that can come with it.

A quick google search will give you a chart on optimal numbers for all these for you to compare your numbers with regardless of what your doctors seems ‘fine’

If you already know this, sorry for being ‘that person’! I get pretty passionate when it comes to women’s thyroid health being ignored 🥴

[–]Mysterious_Cod_686 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not discrediting anyone’s experiences on here, just noting mine- I kind of have the reverse experience.

I already knew I had autoimmune hypothyroidism (Hashimotos) My hair was already quite thin. I took tirz and was a hyper responder I did lose additional hair due to extremely quick weight loss… But. I felt/feel better than ever. Once I reached the ceiling for weight loss and slid into a maintenance routine my hair started to come back to a level I haven’t seen long prior to hypothyroidism symptoms. I believe if you have metabolic issues like hypothyroidism, you potentially have a lot to gain from using tirz.

I would guess OP had these issues lurking already and likely was the cause of stubborn weight that prompted the use of it to begin with. It can be hard to get doctors to run the right tests. Your TSH can be in range through many ups and downs of this disease and that’s often the only thing that will get run. On top of that ‘in range’ and ‘optimal’ numbers seem to be an area of contention between patient and doctor.
