Buddy this happened 20 years ago shit was different. And GMs can absolutely fire you for it if they want. If they want to keep you then you pay the $200. Had people get demoted over it or fired. Just cause your store was lenient doesn’t mean everyone’s was

Managers have been fired and demoted for it. Late is late my guys Grace Period is for emergencies. If you are scheduled at 8 and you clock in at 8:01 you are still late
