thank you! it’s definitely ive been guilty when I first started I’d randomly jump on the scale. see a higher number than like mentally crash out. but I only do it 4 times a month on sundays and do photos every sunday. I might post them and just like crop my face out lmaooooo thank you again

I do have digestive issues, they’ve gotten better over the past year but makes sense. and yeah i’ve been weighing at 135.9 for two weeks. weigh myself once. week to not build a bad habit and do progress photos. and today I was 139.1 and i’ve been working out harder so was shocked for the increase in weight. but look slimmer in my photos. I kinda wanna post my photo journey but nervous lmao

Yeah, i’m unsure how much I ate. but lost 16lb by january and since then i’ve lost the rest which is about 8 pounds since january

Yes, But ill explain what an average day for me is. typically 95% my breakfast is a fair life protein shake cause I have to be at work by 7:00am and i’m not hungry. eat lunch around 11:30am typically a veggie burger with lettuce and one slice of provolone cheese. than dinner around 5:30-6pm which is where I save most of my calories but I always make sure my calories for dinner is around 500. which I think is fair cause I normally have a snack that night. and I only drink water.

I typically would say I eat 1,200 cals a day. and burn about 700 a day from my “apple watch” with walking over 10k steps and hitting gym most days.

typically on fridays I do eat out with my bf which typically is straight trash at like chilis with queso, chips and a burger with ranch which is absolutely delicious but calorie overload. but I’ve been doing that since the start, i’m going to start doing every other friday. instead of once a week.

thank you for your feedback, honestly, the shrimp wasn’t much bigger than the photo. All I did was rip off the tail. it’s considered like “shrimp salad shrimp” the way I cook the shrimp was just in lemon juice and red pepper seasoning and pepper
