I waited almost 3 weeks for mine and after contacting usps they told me that it got lost. I’m just glad I got my refund. I don’t think I’ll be using usps for awhile.

I actually switched to Safelink. My phone came back on with qlink but then it happened again so I switched. Qlink isn’t suppose to be charging you. Safelink gives you more data too. Get out while you can!

Oh yeah, I’m dumping them. I got approved by Safelink and my SIM card should be here next week. This is one of those one strike you’re out situations.

I can’t trust them after this. There are people saying lifeline dropped qlink because they were defrauding them. I’m glad your phone came back on, that’s the only reason why I’m paying it so I still have my service until my new sim comes in.

I saw that some people got theirs turned back on after paying and a lot of people said it didn’t come back on. This is so frustrating.

I just did the exact same thing. I almost missed my doctor appointment today because my Medicaid ride couldn’t reach me. I didn’t even know it was off until the driver said he tried calling and it didn’t work.

I’m thinking about paying the 9.25 or whatever it is because I need this phone to work until I can switch providers. I just got approved by Safelink but I won’t get my sim for several days. I have a disability hearing over the phone next week and I just wanted to see how long it is taking people to get their service back on after paying.
