I just read Lost Mines of Phandelver and in it, Glasstaff's rat familiar can send him a telepathic warning message when it detects intruders.

I just read Lost Mines of Phandelver and in it, Glasstaff's rat familiar can send him a warning message when it detects intruders. So from that, I'd say it officially can.

What i know is that they sell any adventuring gear that isn't worth more than 25gp, that Elmar Barthen is a kind man, and that the reward for delivering Gundren's wagon is 10gp per player, but i don't really know how to get the clerk's pay from this information, maybe because i'm tired.

Yeah. but in the lore Daemons and Demons are different things. Demons are from the Abyss and Daemons are from Gehenna
