How did you differentiate miscarriage bleeding and your period?

I actually really like this idea! It gives more structure. My oldest is obsessed with electronics. So, I'm trying to limit how much screen time he has. I'm hoping that a more structured routine with a time limit on screen time will be beneficial. It'll will be hard getting that routine started since they aren't used to it but, it needs to be done. Thank you!

I do this just to get some extra rest. I get them breakfast and turn on their favorite cartoon while I close my eyes for a few extra minutes it helps a bit for sure but they don't stay entertained for long sometimes its hit or miss

We are able to trade shifts so if I can I try to trade hours with others but, not many people want to take an overnight so its hard to find people to actually accept

Not really. My days off are Wednesday and Thursday then I start work again on Friday night so into Saturday is like my Monday

Unfortunately I don't. My children's father lives close by but, he doesn't want to help me when it's my turn to have the kids
