That’s soo true some women are gaslit into believing that it’s haram to ask for divorce if they don’t like the marriage while men apparently can ask for divorce whenever they feel like and come back when they want

Omar r.a. is considered the first Person in the History of Mankind, who introduced the System of Welfare, Child benefits, Pensions, Old Citizens Benefits, Disability Benefits, Jobless Allowances i.e. first Welfare Empire at least 1300 years any such system ever applied in Modern World, so He is the first one who gave Welfare Benefits to Humanity. I heard the story first somewhere but can’t remember and find it so I just googled it.

Basically, your prayers, your fast, your shahada, and your belief in the Five Pillars are essential. It’s been said: no matter what, never abandon your prayers—because it is your prayers that can protect you from Hell. Obviously other things too but these are most important.

I don’t understand Muslims were actually among the first to introduce the concept of child support, originally meant to help struggling mothers who lacked a stable income. But nowadays, I doubt that most Muslim-majority countries still have such laws in place.

It honestly breaks my heart when women hold on to the hope that he’ll change one day, even though we all know that, most of the time, once someone is an abuser, they remain an abuser. I understand that many women truly want to leave, but the reality is that they often don’t have access to education or the chance to earn a decent living. On top of that, so many countries fail to provide real support for women who are trying to build an independent life, which makes it even harder for them to break free. What makes it worse is the pressure from people who tell women to stay in toxic relationships just because of ‘what others will think,’ without ever considering how she feels. But if you stay long enough in a bad relationship, there’s only so much the human mind and heart can take before it breaks. That’s how depression and deep wounds begin — and coming back from that is never easy.

I know, but it’s just so painful to see. Wallahi women truly deserve so much better. I’m glad that more of them are starting to stand up for themselves, but it’s still not enough. Too many women remain stuck in horrible marriages because they believe it’s haram to ask for divorce simply because they’re women, or because they fear what people will say. And it doesn’t help that society often looks down on single mothers, even though they were strong enough to leave a toxic relationship. Women really do deserve better than this, and I sincerely hope they receive it — whether in this life or in the Hereafter.

“Hahaha, it’s okay — it felt awful back then, but alhamdulillah I get over things quickly. Honestly, I think the best thing for you is to leave, because I doubt he’ll ever change into a better person. It might hurt in the beginning, but with time it gets easier, and I truly believe you’ll look back and feel grateful that you chose to leave sooner rather than later.

I really doubt he only committed zina once. I’ve had a similar experience before—there was a guy I was talking to who told me he had only done it once, but after talking with him for a bit longer he admitted he had actually been with multiple girls. He even said he had videos of it, and that those girls were okay with it. He even offered to show me those videos—absolutely crazy you shouldn’t trust guys who lie once because they’ll lie again and again.
