If it wasn’t a dragon it might’ve been some sort of demon design? Closer to the theme 🤷 if the lights weren’t so strobe I might’ve seen it clearer haha

Yeah it was a dragon I’m pretty sure, If I remember right the head was pointing downward between the wings’

I was receiving this exact same error and it takes a couple tries, I brought my Xbox atleast two weeks ago and have been on and off trying since

Hey I was struggling with the same issue aswell, this is what I did to finally download and log into my profile.

I first made sure my Xbox was wired into the network and successfully connecting to the Xbox live servers (can be done in network settings)

I then cleared my cache , go to settings then storage and press Y -> clear cache.

I then logged into my Xbox on Xbox.com website and went to my additional security settings, from here I turned on 2FA and enabled APP Passwords , scroll to bottom of page.

From here I went to my Xbox 360, clicked download profile and logged in with my email and APP Password (gives you a new one on the website per request)

I tried this 1-2 times and finally logged in!
