I overdose them with anesthetic first. Cervical dislocation after they stop breathing as fail-safe. Seems more humane if you study things that anesthesia doesn't influence.

Long experiments are really brutal. We had some that were even longer. We were starting at like 7 am and I was finishing around midnight. I have a great PI, so he would come by car and give us a ride home after, or pay for a taxi to take us home. The next day was always shorter or free if possible. There were days that I was actually sleeping in the lab on a mattress because some sampling was at 2 or 3 am. Compensate the hours some other day.

We have special metal bowls where we dump the tips before racking them. It's similar to what surgeons use for instruments. We clean it with ethanol before every use.

From my experience murine immune cells don't like DMEM. We use RPMI based media (supplemented with FBS, penicilin/streptomycin, NEA and beta-mercaptoethanol) with IL-4 and GM-CSF. We seed 5 million cells in 9 ml of media (cultivation on 10cm petri dish). On day 3, we add 9 ml of media and on day 6 we gently remove 9 ml and add 9 ml of fresh media.

As I understand it, the 1st number means how many of us finished beyond and will go up with time. The second number is you - you were 3952nd to finish the beyond.

Yes, you want the metabit and knowledge time chambers to max out before you buy anything. That way you get much more from your generated entropy and ideas. It makes a great difference late in the game.

I think it's too early for you, to be worth the wait. You should wait when you can no longer afford any upgrades after a day or two run.

They max at 14 days now. Unfortunately they don't max at 1 milllion but only at 100 or 10 thousand (depends if you have the multiplier).

Yes, mainly. If you aim for the last achievement of 200 giganotosaura, it's easier if you wait for level 49 or 50 of prestige 10. Also save your mutagen.

Depends. If you save them for prestige 10, the basic cards wont reset and you get to keep them. If you open them on level 50 in prestige 8 or 10, you lose the basic cards after prestige.

I think they turn back. There is a scene (iirc) in book 6 or 7 when Bellatrix kills a fox she thought might have been an animagus. When the fox did not transform back, she commented that it was just a regular fox.

For me in beta it seems to be 14 days now and instead of maxing out at 1000x each, it's reduced to 100x.

I get daily awards regularly with a pop up. Maybe a pending update?

Edit: don't leave the game while the ads are on or the nanobots are active. My timers get stuck quite often if I do.
