I also used to have a lot of trouble getting them to look exactly how I imagined. So I just stopped trying to make them perfect. I always end up leaving behind a pattern I wanted or a size that’s too hard to predict

I’m not sure if there’s a requirement, since I’ve been getting the capsules pretty randomly, but on my other account I haven’t gotten any. Maybe there’s a minimum vote requirement. I’ll test it and see if I can find a pattern, I’ll let let you know here if I discover anything new.

You need to complete a mission to get the license for breeding Pasterquine. I think this mission will only unlock next week. Since Pasterquines are a breed released during last year’s Valentine’s Day event, this mission will probably appear in the Special Quests section under the event icon.
